Rabbi Jonathan could teach the phone book and I would go to his class. Of course, Jonathan isn’t teaching the phone book. He’s teaching Torah and through his teaching and presence, Torah breathes with becoming. It becomes, for me, The Now. I live with it, learn from it, wrestle with it, grow.
